This beautiful, modern villa (153m2) will delight you with its unique concept and modern design. On the spacious property there are three accommodation units that offer guests complete privacy, comfort and peace. It is suitable for up to 6 people. In the fenced garden there is an outdoor pool (42m2) and six deck chairs, a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and a toilet. The first accommodation unit has a spacious living room, fully equipped, modern kitchen with dining table, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. The second accommodation unit has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In the third accommodation unit there is a double bedroom with a bathroom.
Parking spaces are provided on the property.

Villa Glade is located in central part of Istria.It is surrounded by small villages and numerous restaurants with a short distance drive by a car. In Poreč, which is only 20 km away, there are numerous beaches, rich nightlife and all the necessary facilities.Pazin is only 15 km away and has a wide range of quality taverns where you can eat good, local food.The largest Istrian city of Pula is only 55 km away. There you can enjoy numerouscultural events,concerts, hostorical sights, as well as beautiful beaches and all kin of sports and shopping.
Quiet environment and privacy, the property is filly fenced with green grass and mediterranean plants. There is also a private swimming pool.

If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start date, a full refund is paid if canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and at least 14 days before the start date. After that, a refund of 50% of the amount is paid up to 7 days before the start of the reservation. After that, there are no refunds.
