In addition to the holiday apartments, our complex houses a small farm, which is surrounded by forests and located at the end of a road.
The extraordinary location on the edge of the sunny plateau above Lake Millstättersee was a popular destination for guests in the past.
In addition to the most beautiful lake in Carinthia, many excursion destinations on the mountain or in the valley invite guests to linger and marvel.
Getting there
Arrival from Germany: You can reach us via the A10 Tauernautobahn, which ends at Konten Spittal Millstättersee. From there, you travel along the B98 Millstättersee federal road along the lake through the towns of Seeboden, Millstatt, and Pesenthein to Dellach. There you take the turn-off to the left towards Sappl; from there, continue to Matzelsdorf No. 21.
The distance from Seeboden to Matzeldorf is around 13 km and takes around 20 minutes by car.

Ein wahres Idyll mit einem Traumgarten. Für Kinder optimal, weil sowohl Tiere und auch Natur zu Hauf.
Besonders erwähnenswert sind das superleckere, regionale , abwechslungsreiche Frühstück , das jeden Tag mit sehr viel Liebe von Frau Gruber hergestellt wird. Der selbstgemachte graue Käse verdient eine römische Eins.
Die Ferienwohnung war für uns perfekt ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten superfein zum Schlafen. Dusche und Holzbadewanne für unseren Kleinen optimal. Alles Tip Top sauber.
Direkt vom Haus weg zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, überhaupt kann man sich als sportlich aktiver Mensch hier richtig gut austoben.
Zusammenfassend eine perfekte Unterkunft für alle , die ein kleines Paradies suchen.
