Cancellation policy
If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable.
Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company.
Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Vodnjan is just a 10 minutes’ drive away from Pula, the city in Istria that’s in every Croatian tourist map. Vodnjan is a town that was founded during the Roman rule and that today has a medieval appearance with many interesting palaces dating way back from the 14th century. The church of st. Blaise holds records in many categories; it’s the main tourist attraction of Vodnjan, the biggest church in Istria with the tallest tower and holds the largest sacral collection in Istria including the Vodnjan mummies. Vodnjan is also known for its shepherds’ little stone houses (kažuns) in the surrounding area, where around 3000 of them can be found.

Tolle Unterkunft! Top modern mit hohem Qualitätsstandard. Napoleon Grill, Miele Küchengeräte, etc. Von daheim ist man nichts besseres gewohnt.
Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien, für alles ist gesorgt. Wie im Hotel.
Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Dusche/Bad. Man kommt sich also nie ins Gehege. Wir waren mit fünf Parteien dort und das hat super geklappt. Wir hatten viele Kinder dabei, die speziell den riesigen Garten und den riesigen Pool geliebt haben. Der wurde übrigens innerhalb unsere Woche dort zwei mal professionell gereinigt wurde.
Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hat also absolut seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in Fazana am Strand. Nach Pula sind es 15 Minuten. Der Konsum ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

Wir waren als 15-Personen-Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern sowie einem Hund für eine Woche in der Villa Roko. Das Haus und der Pool sind perfekt, die überdachte Terasse mit ausreichend vorhandenen Möbeln bietet wirklich Platz für alle. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche in konfortabler Größe, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir können die Villa Roko nur weiterempfehlen!
