Leave everyday stress behind and unwind in the beautiful, sunny Jachen Valley. Jachenau is surrounded by beautiful mountains, peaceful forests, and lush alpine meadows. The Jachenau valley lies about 80 km south of Munich between Lenggries and Walchensee. The pristine surroundings are perfect for hiking, mountain biking, or simply enjoying the peace of nature. Lake Walchen is a paradise for bathers, surfers, and divers. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing directly from the farm. The approximately 35-km-long trail (classic style and skating) leads through the entire Jachental valley. The Brauneck ski area can be reached by car in only five minutes. The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, including summer toboggan runs, climbing parks, swimming pools, museums, and royal castles.
Getting there
Accessible via the A8 motorway (Holzkirchen exit) or the A95 motorway ( Wolfratshausen exit) following the route towards Bad Tölz – Lenggries – Jachenau. Bad Tölz: 25 km Garmisch-Partenkirchen: 40 km Glentleiten Farm Museum: 50 km Walchensee: 12 km

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und werden wiederkommen. Besonders unsere Kinder der fühlen sich hier pudelwohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ausreichend groß und super geeignet für den Familienurlaub. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Ein Brötchenservice ist möglich. Diverse Getränke können zum Selbstkostenpreis auf Vertrauensbasis erworben werden. Das Bad ist groß, modern und mit Fussbodenheizung ausgestattet. Der Ort ist zentral gelegen für unzählige Ausflüge in Bayern und Österreich, vorausgesetzt man ist mit dem Auto da. Ein totales Wanderparadies in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die gesamte Familie Danner.

auf diesem Wege möchten wir uns noch einmal recht herzlich bei der Familie Danner für die schönen Ferien bedanken. Die Wohnung war super sauber und geräumig. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Hervorzuheben ist nicht nur die tolle Lage, sondern auch der Semmelservice und die frischen Eier vom Nachbar. Für uns war ein toller und gelungener Urlaub.
