Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad right on the beach promenade, just 100 meters from the beach, the sea, and the shopping arcade.
Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year for sun worshippers.
Getting there
Arrival on Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 3:00 PM. Departure at 10:00 AM.
During the high season, weekly rentals are only possible with Saturday as a fixed changeover day.
