50 % Payment upon reservation, 100 % 1 month before arriving.
Cancellation 3 months or more before arrival : 20 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arriving : 50 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation in the month before arriving : 100 % penalty of the rent.
In case of cancellation and re-renting by owner, penalty is reduced to 20 % of the rent.
Deposit : 400 € + 50 € / dog by transfert before arrival or in cash at arrival

In the area, walkers will enjoy several paths, including the famous GR20, and for bicycles, the 100 km biking "Voie verte".
House is located 13 km from Dieppe where you can find almost everything , 50 from Rouen and 90 km from Etretat.

On Google maps or Mappy, search for « Jardin Le Vasterival ». Once you are there, just continue straight ahead on the road until you reach the last wooden house on the right in the cul-de-sac.

Das Ferienhaus ist absolut perfekt, wir haben mit zwei Teenagern und Hund eine tolle Woche in dieser ganz besonderen Unterkunft verbracht. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer, bei Ebbe sind tolle Strandspaziergänge möglich. Der weitläufige Garten mit hohen Bäumen und Gartenliegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche an diesem magischen Ort.
Das Haus mit Seeblick liegt abgeschieden inmitten eines Waldes, aber nicht abgelegen. In wenigen Minuten ist man im nächsten Ort oder am nahegelegenen Naturstrand. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Der große Garten ist wunderschön, mit altem Baumbestand, beeindruckenden Rhododendren und Hortensien. Es gibt mehrere Sitzplätze im Garten, um die Ruhe zu genießen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
Der Standort lädt zu vielen Ausflügen entlang der Alabasterküste ein oder beispielsweise nach Rouen.
Die Kommunikation vor Anreise und vor Ort mit dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen ganz klar diese Unterkunft.
