Cancellation policy
Upon booking, a deposit of 25% is required.
The balance payment must be made 30 days before the start of the trip.
A cancellation is possible up to 90 days before the start of the trip without any costs.
For cancellations between 60-90 days before the start of the trip, 25% of the rent will be retained.
For cancellations less than 60 days before the start of the trip, the entire rent is due - only 25% as compensation for expenses in the event of re-letting.
A security deposit of €800 is to be paid upon booking, which will be transferred back immediately after your holiday, provided the house is left without damages.

The village of Grimaud is counted among the most beautiful villages in France, and the lagoon town of Port-Grimaud is known as the Venice of France. Excellent bakeries and outstanding shopping options of all kinds are just a few minutes away. The variety of restaurants in the nearby and wider area is boundless. The nearest beach with a view of Saint Tropez is just down the hill, a 3-minute drive (also accessible on foot).
Getting there
You will receive a detailed map and description before your vacation. We always offer our guests a small pre-vacation package and are happy to provide personal advice for travel planning, accommodation options along the way, scenic route alternatives, etc. If you want to get into the holiday mood on your journey, we recommend traveling via the Alps on the Route des Grandes Alpes.
