Cancellation policy
We recommend that you take out a valid travel and cancellation insurance policy, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with cancellation will be borne by the renter.
Cancellations are possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees will be due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or in case of no-show: the entire rental price
If the property is re-rented or otherwise occupied at a later date during the period you cancelled, this is not a reason for an additional refund.
