Bei der Ankunft in der Résidence Durbuy funktionierten der Kamin, drei der sechs Kochfelder, mehrere Lichtpunkte und der Fernseher (Antennenkabel fehlten) in unserem Ferienhaus nicht. Mehrere Stühle schienen kaputt zu sein. Türgriffe waren abgebrochen. Das wurde uns gesagt, als wäre es das Normalste der Welt: Keine Ausreden, kein Rabatt, einfach akzeptieren.
Obwohl es in den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen heißt, dass bei Rückgabe des Schlüssels bei Abreise die Kaution am Schalter beglichen wird, ist dies nicht geschehen und auch nach zwei Wochen ist keine Nachricht zu hören.
Durbuy und Umgebung sind wunderschön. Das können wir leider nicht von unserem Aufenthalt in der Résidence Durbuy sagen.
