The boat lies aside a metal recycling entity. Working with heavy trucks and forklifts starts Mo to Sat at 7:30. All day you have the noise and vibrations of grinders and trucks. If you can relax in industrial atmosphere, fine, we did not expect that.
Boat was not properly clean, mud and potting soil was spilled.
Although we announced to arrive with 2 persons (mother and son) only one bed was prepared.
Some elements on the boat were broken. Although the owner declared a repair, nothing happened.
Hot Plate/ oven broke down. We needed to waste our noodles and scampi. We were offered to cook in the owners kitchen- not what we expected. For the rest of the week we needed to eat in Restaurants.
Owner appreciated for the fact, we asked for some compensation but without any answer.
Poor communication.

Wir hatten eine echt schöne Zeit in dem kleinen aber feinen Hausboot! Das Boot ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Vom Boot aus hatte man durch das Beiboot und die Fahrräder viele Möglichkeiten die Stadt und die Umgebung von Alkmaar zu erkunden.
