Die letzten Tage haben wir unseren Urlaub in einem über Belvilla gebuchten Haus gefeiert.
Wir sind von der Servicequalität und der Art und Weise, wie uns Belvilla geholfen hat, so enttäuscht, dass dies für uns auch das letzte Mal ist.
In allen schriftlichen Mitteilungen von Belvilla hieß es, dass wir per E-Mail einen Code für einen Schlüsselkasten für den Zugang zum Haus erhalten würden.
Das ist nicht passiert.
Als wir am 1. Tag per E-Mail und telefonisch danach fragten, erhielten wir so schlechte Hilfe und es dauerte so lange, dass wir unsere Reisepläne für den 1. Tag ändern mussten. Das war eine Enttäuschung.
Nun kann immer etwas schief gehen, aber wenn man 4-5 Mal anrufen muss und merkt, dass einfach keine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten vorhanden sind, um zu helfen, dann ist das fraglich.
