Located right on the hiking trail to the Eifersbacher Waterfall, it is the perfect starting point for adventures in the Kaisergebirge, Kitzbüheler Horn, and Steinplatte, as well as in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser, Kitzbühel, Fieberbrunn, and Saalbach Hinterglemm.
The Eichenhof lifts can even be reached with skis in good snow conditions in just 450 meters – the ideal access to the best slopes! The St. Johann mountain lifts are just a stone's throw away. Cyclists will love the bike path that runs directly by the house, and the cross-country ski trail is only a few steps away. The surrounding area features restaurants like Grander Schupf, Fliegerstüberl, and Rock Bar, inviting you to enjoy culinary delights. The charming town center with shops and a swimming pool is 2.5 km away and easily accessible by bus; the bus stop is just 1 minute away.
