Holiday destination
The holiday region Franconia in Bavaria and especially the part "Fränkisches Seenland" is a special region with a gorgeous landscape.
You can find many barrier lakes there, as the "Altmühlsee", the little "Brombachsee", "Igelsbachsee", the big "Brombachsee" and the "Rothsee", which offer a great variety of water sport activities.

Wir sind über ein langes Wochenende im schönen Salamanderhaus eingekehrt. Die Vermieterin war super erreichbar und das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
Die Kids lieben das vorbereitete Spielzimmer und den Garten, es war sogar ein Begrüßungsgeschenk für die Kleinen vorbereitet.
Es sind alle Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs vorhanden angefangen von Öl, Salz und Co. bis zu ausreichend Trockentüchern, Spülmaschinenentabs etc. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Außergewöhnlich viel Informationsmaterial über die Region wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Region bietet viel für Kinder und Erwachsene und die Lage vom Haus ist toll. Unweit des Brombachsees liegt das Salamanderhaus fußläufig zu allen Infrastrukturen (Apotheke, Eisdiele, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Supermarkt).

Frau Kerscher ist eine nette Vermieterin aber leider mit dem Ferienhaus etwas überfordert. Buchung falsches Datum, Nachfrage zur Kurtaxe keine Rückantwort, bei Anreise sollten wir vorher anrufen aber erst bei 6. Anruf ging sie ran. Im Haus war es sehr kalt mit zwei kleinen Kindern war das nicht sehr unangenehm. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. In der Nacht hörte man Schritte auf dem Dachboden, war schon gruselig. Auf Nachfrage stellte sich heraus, dass Sie mit Madern ein Problem haben. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn man uns dies mitgeteilt hätte.
Positiv wäre zu erwähnen, dass soweit alles vorhanden war von Tee, Öl, Geschirrspültabs ect.
Ich muss sagen das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis passte hier nicht.
