Wir wurden von den Besitzern sehr herzlich empfangen. Es warteten sogar eine köstliche Flasche Wein und Kekse auf uns.
Es ist ein fantastisches Haus mit einem vollständig umzäunten Garten (Hunde oder kleine Kinder dürfen wirklich nicht auf die Straße gehen) in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend.
In Payzac gibt es eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger und in La Chapelle eine Utille mit einem begrenzten Angebot an frischen und trockenen Lebensmitteln. In Pompadour gibt es beispielsweise einen größeren Intermarche-Store.
Die 1,5 km zum Bäcker oder zum Einkaufen mit dem Rad sind auch für weniger geübte E-Bike-Fahrer kein Problem.
Wir haben die Ruhe, die Stille, den Ausblick über die Felder, die vielen Vögel sehr genossen.
