Holiday destination
Head along the "Romantic Road" to find the nearby towns of Dinkelsbühl, Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Nördlingen. The cities of Nuremberg and Würzburg are also worth a visit. The Hesselberg holiday region and the Franconian Lake District are inviting places to go to on day trips.
You can enjoy Franconian cooking at numerous festivals in the local villages. It's worth checking out the historic "Kinderzeche" festival in Dinkelsbühl or the well-known "Kreuzgangsspiele" ("Cloister Plays") in Feuchtwangen in July.
Getting there
If you're heading here via the A7 Autobahn (motorway), take the Dinkelsbühl/Fichtenau exit or the Feuchtwangen-West exit and then drive approx. 15 km to Langfurth.
The nearest railway stations are in Ansbach (30km), Gunzenhausen (30km) and Crailsheim (35km). There's unfortunately no direct bus connection

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne, erlebnisreiche und gleichzeitig gemütliche Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Das alte Bauernhaus wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail wunderschön restauriert und das sieht und fühlt man in jedem Raum. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und niemandem hat es an irgendetwas gefehlt, egal ob jung oder alt.
Mit vielen kleinen Kindern haben wir viel Zeit im Garten verbracht und kleinere Ausflüge zu Fuß oder der näheren Umgebung gemacht.
Der Kontakt zur Familie Däubler war vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub immer sehr herzlich, informativ und trotzdem unaufdringlich.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, können Friedas Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir - mehrere erwachsene Geschwister - verreisen seit knapp 15 Jahren gemeinsam für eine Woche. Friedas Haus zählt für uns zu den Top-drei-Unterkünften, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gemietet haben.
Ausstattung: Platz für gemeinsames Essen und Spiele, auch genügend Ausweichmöglichkeiten, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte; eine toll ausgestattete Küche (mehr Töpfen als zuhause); liebevoll gestaltete Schlafzimmer; tolle, gepflegte Badezimmer etc. (für die Sauna war es zu heiß)
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis: ausgewogen und gerechtfertigt - da haben wir in den vergangenen Jahren schon ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht ;)
Service: unkomplizierte Vermietung, super sauber, tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten.
Umgebung: Kultur, Wandern, Badeseen - alles top (nur den Landschaftspark in Dennenlohe kann man sich sparen)
