Das Ferienhaus besticht durch seine Lage und den tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse, doch leider können wir das Haus nur mit 3Sterne bewerten da das Badezimmer sehr klein ist die überdachte Terrasse und der Eingang aussen war ungepflegt die Mülltonnen waren voll Herr Farella (spricht gut deutsch eigentlich auch nett und immer erreichbar)bat uns den Müll rauszustellen wir sollten bei den Nachbarn schauen welche Tonne an der Straße steht den Abfuhrkalender hatte er noch nicht ausgewechselt hing noch von 2024 in der Küche, an der Couch wäre ein kleiner Tisch wünschenswert. Für uns sieht Preis/Leistung anders aus. Optimal war die Klimaanlage. Fußläufig ist der gut sortierte Supermarkt und Ortskern erreichbar.

Wir haben die Woche am Lago Maggiore wirklich sehr genossen. Die Lage Ihres Häuschens ist für Ausflüge nahezu perfekt, der Seeblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft schön und auch im Hinblick auf die Innenausstattung lässt Ihr Domizil kaum noch große Wünsche offen.
