There is also a children's pool where the little ones can splash around. Around the pool, youâll find sun loungers for soaking up the sun, a barbecue, and several furnished areas for sharing moments with your companions. Your apartment also boasts a private terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun or unwinding with a drink at sunset.
The interior, showcasing a charming Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, is designed to provide the relaxation you deserve. In the common areas, thereâs a spacious room with small tables and armchairs, perfect for gathering and escaping the heat. Your two-storey apartment features a living room with satellite TV and an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs and all the necessary utensils. On the ground floor, thereâs a bathroom with a bathtub, while the upper floor houses a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning, and heating. Two additional children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. If you're travelling with a baby, we can also provide a cot and high chair. Finally, a shared laundry area is available for your convenience.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
