Surrounded by a garden with local plants and trees, the exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Without a doubt, the highlight will be the shared chlorine swimming pool, with views of the Mallorcan countryside and dimensions of 12.5 x 6 m and a depth range of 1.2 to 1.9 m. There is also a children's pool so that the little ones can also have fun splashing around. Around it, there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and several furnished areas where you can enjoy with your companions. If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
