The propertyâs exterior, surrounded by a lovely garden filled with native plants and trees, is perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean climate. The highlight is the shared chlorinated pool, which measures 12.5 x 6 meters and features depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 meters, all with scenic views of the Mallorcan countryside. There's also a children's pool for the little ones to enjoy. Around the pool, you'll find sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, a barbecue, and several furnished areas to share with your companions. Your apartment includes a private terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sun or winding down with a drink at the end of the day.
Inside, the property showcases typical Mallorcan style with high vaulted ceilings, creating a tranquil environment for your relaxation. The communal areas feature a spacious lounge with small tables and comfortable armchairs, perfect for escaping the midday heat. Your single-level apartment comprises a living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and an open kitchen with induction hobs and all the necessary utensils. The bedroom contains two single beds, air conditioning, heating, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additional children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, and if youâre travelling with a baby, we can provide a crib and high chair. Finally, the facilities also include a shared laundry room for your convenience.

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
