The deposit will not be refunded or returned in case of cancellation .
If you decide to book after your contact with us, we need your address and phone number for a binding reservation. In addition, a deposit is required as security for tenant and landlord. This is in the regular season Eur 200,- per apartment/week and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. For long stays (3 weeks, 4 weeks) or for stays out of season (May, September, etc.), this can be somewhat lower or higher.
For unforeseen cancellations, travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

This part of the coast of the Istrian peninsula is known for its for the variety of beaches and its crystal blue clear sea. The coast is full of peaceful coves with pebbles and rocks. This is a part of Istria that is very popular with mountain bikers and hikers. Here Istria is even more pristine than on the west coast. Rabac is one of the most popular Croatian resorts and is located on the Kvarner Bay, southeast of Labin. For a long time a small fishing port, Rabac has developed in recent years into a vacation resort with numerous villas and apartment buildings. The Girandella beach and the promenade of Rabac are among the most popular in Istria.

Italy Motorway via Venice, or Udine to Trieste, then via Koper (Slovenia, 10 km) - border crossing Skofije (Rabuiese), continue to Croatia - border crossing Pozane (Buzet) - Buzet - Lupoglav - Vozilici - Labin - Paradiž.
From Central Europe:
Freeway to Villach - Karavanke tunnel - through Slovenia via Ljubljana - Koper, continue via Buzet - Lupoglav - Vozilici - Labin - Paradiž.
From Zagreb:
Through Gorski Kotar to Rijeka, continue along the coast to Plomin - Labin Rabac; or - tunnel Ucka - Vozlici - Labin - Paradiž.
