The holiday home is situated on the edge of a small, very quiet village and has a large garden/land with a beautiful view of the unspoilt nature of the surroundings, a 5x10m swimming pool .
There are two bedrooms with double beds, a loft with 2-3 sleeping possibilities (e.g. children), which is reached via a somewhat steep wooden staircase. The living room has both a fireplace and a wood stove, there is also central heating.
The bathroom with shower and bidet is located in the lower part of the cottage. In front of the main entrance, which leads directly into the kitchen, is a small terrace.

Man kann sich etruskische Ausgrabestätten anschauen, wunderschöne Dörfer wie Pitigliano (30 Min), Sovana (40Min), Rocchette di Fazio (20 Min), Roccalbegna (20 Min), Scansano (20 Min), Semproniano (20 Min),Monte Amiata (45Min). Siena (100 km), Rom (200 km). Spaziergänge zum Beispiel im Wildpark auf dem Monte Labbro (40 Min).
Das Meer (WWF Stränden/Parco dell'Uccellina), liegt etwa 45 min. entfernt. Aus dieser Gegend kommt der berühmte Morellino Wein. Die Restaurants bieten typische Gerichte der Maremma an,wie Wildschwein, Tortelli mit Ricotta u. Spinat, l'acqua cotta etc.
Flughafen Rom oder Pisa. Dann am besten mit dem Auto. Bahnhof in Grosseto, Busverbindung Grosseto-Murci gegen Mittag. Mit Auto von Grosseto Richtung Scansano, dann Murci, circa 45 Minuten Fahrt.
Von Rom Autobahn Richung Civitavecchia, dann Aurelia bis "Capalbio Scalo". Rechts "Le Forane" bis "Borgo di Marsiliana", dann über "Acquilaia, Pomonte". Vor Pomonte links "Ragnaie", dann "Murci" folgen.
