Cancellation policy
Pursuant to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without incurring a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. After that, cancellation fees of 100% of the booking amount will apply. In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in case you are unable to commence your holiday.
