The impressive Villa Rosa, accommodating up to 6 guests, has been extensively and completely renovated this year (originally built in the 70s, first rental in August 2023). It is situated just about 300 meters from the magnificent dune beach, nestled in the pine forest of San Pietro a Mare.
White is the color chosen to stand in strong contrast to the fragrant pine forest, enhancing its presence. All fittings, windows, and doors, almost all flooring, and of course, the entire interior have been renewed! Air conditioning units are provided.
The house (approximately 120 sqm + 80 sqm veranda + 80 sqm terrace) spans two floors, with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping quarters on the first floor. It features 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower cabins, including a washing machine.
On the ground floor, the kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave) and the living-dining area overlook the very large veranda with brick arches, where you can relax in the fresh air even when the weather is changeable.
The garden, spread over three sides, is about 400 square meters in size, complete with an outdoor shower.
The house is very quietly situated in a pine forest on a closed road, with a parking space at the property.

The inhabited center of the town is about 1 km away and offers services all year round such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, gas stations, as well as vehicle rental.
The small country town of Valledoria is known for its long dune beaches and is especially popular with water sports enthusiasts, particularly for kite surfing.
By car ferry to Porto Torres about 40 km,
Alghero or Olbia airport, each about 70-80 km (continue with a rental car).
