Cancellation policy

Article 6: Cancellation 1. In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur a compensation fee. This amounts to: - 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or earlier before the start date; - 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three and two months before the start date; - 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two months and one month before the start date; - 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one month before the start date; - 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start date itself. 2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of this period.

Near the holiday home De Lavendeltuin, there are lovely facilities and many activities are organized. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and drink. A supermarket is just around the corner for all your groceries. There's also plenty for children to do in the area, such as visiting the play park "De Goudvis" or another play park called "Land van Fluwel," which is 300 meters away. Many more playgrounds and animal parks are located in the vicinity! A day with less pleasant weather? Make use of the facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool of the adjacent Campanula Park (for a fee). Board games and reading books are also available in the bungalow. Thinking of a holiday on the North Holland coast? Then think Sint Maarten! You can reach the wide sandy beach on foot or by bike through the beautiful dune area. Don't feel like walking or cycling? Use the beach bus. This is available in the summer months between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM for only â‚¬1.00. In addition, there are ample parking spaces for the disabled at the beach, and for people who rely on a wheelchair, a new path has been laid out. At the South beach pavilion, a special wheelchair with wide tires is available. For true nature lovers, the nearby nature reserve Het Wildrijk is a true paradise, especially in spring. There are numerous beautiful villages and cities to visit in the area. In short, you will never be bored here!
