Up to 6 months before the start of the trip, full cancellation is possible with a 100% refund of the reservation deposit.
After that, a deduction of 20% per month.
Should arrival not be possible due to the current Corona crisis, we will refund the deposit as well as the final payment in full.

"DOS KLOANE HÄUSL" is located on a sunny plateau on the edge of the National Park "Nockberge" in Carinthia. Hiking trails lead directly from the HÄUSL into the beautiful mountain world of the Nockberge. The surrounding ski resorts can be reached in just a few minutes by car or bus. The bus stop is right at the HÄUSL. The thermal springs in Bad Kleinkirchheim offer a comprehensive wellness and pampering program. The nearby large 18-hole championship course "Kaiserburg" is available to golfers.
Getting there
From Germany, take the A8 to the Tauern motorway towards Seeboden/Millstatt.
Via Seeboden, Millstadt, Radenthein, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Patergassen, towards Turracherhöhe.
After about 800 meters, drive up Falkertstraße (towards Falkertsee / Heidi-Alm). Before the bridge (sharp right turn), turn left uphill.
"Dos kloane Häusl" is located a little below between two houses.

Dieses Ferienhaus hat einfach alles was man sich wünscht . Ich bin schon in vielen Ferienhäusern gewesen aber dieses Haus toppt bis jetzt alles. Man kann wirklich sagen das man sich hier wie zuhause fühlt und wir wären wirklich am liebsten gleich dort wohnen geblieben. Die liebe Frau Prettner ist natürlich auch nicht zu vergessen. Sie stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.Sehr nette Nachbarn,alles in allem ein super gelungener Urlaub und sehr liebevolle Gastgeber. Von uns definitiv 5 Sterne

Auch wir haben eine wirklich wunderbare Zeit hier verbracht. Man betritt das kloane Häusl und fühlt sich von Beginn an einfach nur wohl, angekommen und wie Zuhause. Es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Der Ofen verbreitet eine gemütliche Wärme und man freut sich, wenn man von Ausflügen zurück kommt, und es so behaglich ist. Wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass das kloane Häusl sogar fast ne kleine Bücherei ist, hätt ich mein Buch daheim lassen können:-) ...liebe Fam. Martens, liebe Fam. Prettner, es waren supertolle, entspannende und erholsame Tage in Ihrem Häusl! Wir sagen "danke" und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
