We offer you a flat on the 2nd floor with stairs and a separate entrance with a beautiful view and a large kitchen-living room.

A large bathroom, bedroom and storage room are located directly in the flat.

The second room is on the 1st floor with its own shower and toilet.

Enjoy your holiday in a beautiful and quiet location in every season.

In the midst of the mountains, we have countless routes here for ski tourers, hikers and cyclists.
The cross-country ski trail is directly in front of the house - you will also find snowshoe routes directly away from the house.
The Salvenaland leisure complex with bathing lake is only a few minutes away by car (approx. 7 km) and invites you to swim and relax.


We offer a beautiful view into the centre of Kelchsau (approx. 1 km away) and of the mountain worlds all around.



The SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental can be reached in a few minutes by ski bus.
