Cancellation policy
Cancellation and early termination
(1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period starts and doesn't name a new tenant who accepts the same terms, then they are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price to cover costs:
Cancellation
- up to 60 days before arrival: If you cancel after booking, and up to 60 days before the day of arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the cost of first night.
- from 60 up to 42 days before arrival: From 60 to 42 days before arrival you pay 30% of the rental price as a cancellation fee
-from 42 days to 30 days before the start of the rental: cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price,
-within 30 days before arrival: you pay a cancellation fee of 100% of the total holiday amount,
- If you do not show up or interrupt your holiday... you will pay a fee equal to the total price ... 100% of the total holiday amount.
(2) The lessee can prove a lower damage at any time.
(3) If the tenant breaks the stay prematurely, he / she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.

By car you can visit the nearby lakes (Modro jezero, Crveno jezero, Zeleno jezero or Prolosko jezero) or drive to the town of Imotski and see various sights such as the Old Town (Stari Grad), the Kula Topana (Tower Topana). In just 10 minutes you can reach the nearest motorway, allowing you to visit all major cities in a short time. Imotski (10 minutes), Trogir (1 hour), Split (40 minutes), Zadar (1.30 hours). There are also four national parks nearby: NP Krka (1 hour), NP Plitvička jezera (3 hours), SKYWALK in Biokovo Nature Park. In the area you can choose from many activities such as rafting, zipline over Cetina river in Omiš, cultural events or nightlife in Split.
Holiday destination
5 minutes drive away is a beautiful nature park with the source of the Vrljika river and the possibility of canoeing, quad or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. The house is very close to an excellent traditional restaurant with wine tasting and wine cellar, giving you the opportunity to taste many local products. Near the town of Imotski there is a beautiful outstanding natural phenomenon, the Blue Lake, where you can also take a swimm. You can also visit the ranch with horseback riding in Medvidovića Draga. Numerous pebble beaches of the Makarska Riviera (Brela,Baska Voda) are only a 30-minute drive away.

Ein schönes, gemütliches und sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Das Haus ist halbe Stunde von Makarska und Brela entfernt. Dort gibt es schöne Strände und Prominaden. In Imotski, kleine Stadt 10 min entfernt vom Haus, gibt es einen blauen und roten See. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl, Becker und co..)
Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und lieb, uns hat an nichts gefehlt!

Ich kann dieses Haus und seine tollen Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen. Tolle Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht! Die Aufenthalt ist sehr gut verlaufen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Im Pool war auch sehr angenehmen. Danke.
