Cancellation policy
The booking only comes into effect when the tenant receives a written booking confirmation from the lessor. The rental offer and acceptance of that offer by the tenant do not constitute a rental agreement on their own.
The reserved apartment can be cancelled at any time in writing and for a fee. In case of withdrawal from the rental contract (cancellation), the landlord is entitled to up to 100% of the rental amount. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
•up to 45 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price,
•44-30 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price,
•29-22 days before arrival: 70% of the rental price,
•21-8 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price,
•and from the 7th day before arrival or for early departures: 100% of the rental price.
We also charge a one-off processing fee of €40 for each cancellation.
The tenant is entitled to cancel free of charge in the event of a travel ban in Schleswig-Holstein or in the German federal state in which the tenant resides.

Holiday destination
Allow yourself to be inspired by the most beautiful harbour time in the middle of the tourist centre with a direct view of the idyllic Niendorf harbour, surrounded by great restaurants, the fantastic sandy beach and the Niendorf bird park. You can enjoy long walks either on the beach or on the promenade towards Timmendorfer Strand or Travemünde as well as in the neighbouring nature reserve of the Aalbeek lowlands.
Getting there
By car, follow the A1 motorway to the Ratekau/Niendorf exit. From there, continue in the direction of Timmendorfer Strand. Shortly before you reach Timmendorfer Strand, turn right onto the B76 and drive towards Niendorf. Now follow the signs for Niendorf/Hafen and after a few metres turn right into Strandstraße. After about 50 m you will see our house on the right hand side, right next to the Fischkiste restaurant.
From Timmendorfer Strand station, take the No. 40 bus towards ZOB/Hauptbahnhof Lübeck to the Niendorf Hafen stop. From there it is only a few metres on foot to the 4Hafenzeiten. Or you can take a taxi from Timmendorfer Strand station (approx. 10 min drive).
