Cancellation policy
1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees apply:
In the event of a cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In the event of a cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Ein einladende und gemütliche Einrichtung , wie auch auf den Bilder zu sehen sind. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein Tipp: Für gemütliche Abende sollte man sich von Zuhause Kuscheldecken mit nehmen. Auch die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man zum kochen benötigt (außer natürlich Gewürze und Kaffeepulver).Vom Geschirr bis hin zu den Pfannen ist alles in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand . Auch der Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierschrank hat viel Platz für Lebensmittel. Die Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und auch sehr gepflegt. Die Matratzen waren zu hart für uns. Das neue Badezimmer ist auch ein Hingucker und mit der begehbaren Dusche - perfekt. Ein tolles Haus mit 5 Sterne für die Sauberkeit - kann man empfehlen.
