Thanks to its traffic-calmed and central location, you can enjoy the peace and quiet as well as pursue the attractions in the village. This apartment is suitable for couples, families, and friends alike, as it offers plenty of space, has three bedrooms, a large living and dining area, two bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen with multiple cooking areas. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen equipment are provided by us.
From some rooms, you have a direct view of the village center of Eppan. The babbling of the village fountain will lull you to sleep.

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code:
Up to 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be cancelled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of a cancellation by the guest in the period between the 89th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 90% of the agreed total price.
In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
