If the booking is cancelled earlier than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% of the rental amount, at least € 150.00, must be paid. If the booking is cancelled within the 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the entire rental amount must be paid.

Holiday destination
The Robbenoordbos begins directly behind the car park, a beautiful forest and nature reserve, criss-crossed with small paths, ideal for cycling or walking. Den Oever has a large harbour. The North Sea fishermen come in here with their boats to sell their catch at the fish market on Saturdays. Around Den Oever are beautiful towns such as Medemblik, Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Alkmaar. Den Helder with the ferry to Texel is only 20 minutes away. For those who want a taste of real city life, Amsterdam is only 70 km away. The huge North Sea beach in Julianadorp or Callantsoog is only 20 minutes away.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt im Oceanhouse mit unseren 3 Kindern. Für jeden und jede gab es etwas zu tun, auch, da das Haus großzügig ausgestattet ist (Fahrräder, Kanu, Whirlpool, Küche, Gesellschaftsspiele...). Glück hatten wir ebenfalls mit dem Wetter. Es waren rundum erholsame Tage. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, noch einmal unseren Urlaub dort zu verbringen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Familienurlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schick und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber auch sehr freundlich. Der Whirlpool direkt am Meer war einfach ein Traum. Nur zu Empfehlen.
