Sehr hübsches Haus! Viel Charme, gut geschnitten. Ein herrlich großer und schattiger Terrassenbereich. Schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten auch außerhalb des Screens. Der große See sehr hübsch u. ruhig, einmal schwamm dort sogar ein Delphin, am Ende so nah am Steg, dass man ihn hätte anfassen können, hat immer wieder Fische in die Luft geworfen. DAS haben wir in den 16 Jahren in Cape Coral noch nie gesehen -direkt an einem Haus-! Wir waren rundum zufrieden, würden das Haus immer wieder buchen. Ein Punkt: der Pool hat keinen Handlauf am Einstieg, was man -evtl- der Beschreibung zufügen sollte, denn wir haben das auch erst beim Einzug bemerkt. Das könnte für ältere od. gehandicapte Menschen ein Problem sein. Mit CCVS Florida Traumvillen sind wir schon immer sehr zufrieden, wir werden auch weiterhin nur hierüber buchen.
