Wir haben als Familie die Villa im Anschluss an eine kleine Floridarundreise gebucht. Da wir Cape Coral aus einem Voraufenthalt schon kannten, hatten wir bewusst die Lage am River ausgesucht. Die Entscheidung war richtig, da der weite Blick über den Fluss großartig ist. Gelegentlich sind sogar Delfine direkt bis an das Bootsdeck heran gekommen. Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen, der Einrichtungsstil (Art-Deco der US 70er und Bauhaus) ist absolut nach unserem Geschmack. Bie Bäder sind modern, die Klimatisierung funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Pool ist großartig und war trotz der heißen Sommersaison erfischend gewesen. Der Übergabeservice war völlig entspannt, nett und zuverläsig. Wir können die Villa gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa Riverview liegt wunderschön direkt am River und ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, man kann sich also wunderbar erholen. Die Abwicklung der Buchung und Abrechnung der Nebenkosten wurden sehr zügig vorgenommen, die Betreuung vor Ort durch Sally war ebenfalls vom Feinsten. Leider wurden die Preise für 2016 um über 30% erhöht ! Wir kommen trotz der massiven Preiserhöhung zähneknirschend wieder !
