Our cozy, freshly renovated loft-like apartment of approximately 56 m2 features a sleeping area with a double bed, a spacious living and dining area with a new kitchenette including a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and separate toilet. The property is situated in an oasis surrounded by vineyards in the Hérault department, in the Occitanie region in the south of France. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge. A brand new internet-capable TV allows you to watch not only French but also German television via the corresponding apps. Additionally, there is a small front garden for your exclusive use – naturally equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha.

If you cancel from the 20th day to the 14th day inclusive before the agreed rental start date, 40% of the travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel from the 13th day up to the last day before the agreed rental start date, 90% of the travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel later or do not start the trip, the entire travel price will be due.
