Holiday destination
Location: The property is just a few steps away from the church in San Bartolomeo, a quiet and sunny village in the municipality of Cannobio. The public beach can be reached safely in about 10/15 minutes on foot via an underpass near the public parking lot on the main road. In San Bartolomeo, there is a small grocery store, and the village is a great starting point for hikes. The lively town of Cannobio, with its numerous bars, restaurants, and shops, is only 3 km away.
Getting there
Access/Parking space: Drive along the lakeside road – Strada Statale 34 del Lago Maggiore – (Locarno, Ascona, and Brissago) until you reach the border. After the border, about 800 m further, the road goes right up towards San Bartolomeo. To best navigate this turn, we recommend you drive to the next parking area (about 50 m ahead), so you can turn your car around and head in the correct direction. After taking the turn towards San Bartolomeo, continue for approximately 1 km until you reach the church square. Here, along the road and opposite the public parking spaces, you will find your parking spot, enclosed by a chain. Access to your property is via a staircase at the edge of the parking area. Use the code provided by the agency to open the key safe.

Die Aussicht war ein Traum, wir haben jede Mahlzeit auf dem Balkon eingenommen und die Abende dort verbracht!
Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus SanBa sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern, es ist alles da was man braucht! Ideal war auch der eigene Parkplatz am Haus! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich u.a. in Cannobio (3 km). Wenn wir uns im Ferienhaus aufgehalten haben, konnten wir immer sagen, wie spät es ist :-) Die Glocke schlägt zu jeder vollen und halben Stunde, im Zeitraum von 07 bis 22 Uhr.
Tip: Der Weg zum Strand ist zumindest mit kleinen Kindern nicht ohne (steil und lang)! Große oder schwere Badeutensilien (Sub, Paddelboot usw.) sollte man mit dem Auto runterfahren!
Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub am Lago Maggiore und wenn es klappt im SanBa:-)
