Our holiday home features a cozy kitchen-living area with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable sofa. The conservatory can be opened and offers a dining area for 4 people. Two bedrooms await you (one double bed & two single beds) as well as two bathrooms (shower, bathtub, washing machine). The private terrace invites you to sunbathe with a solar-heated pool and shower for cooling off!
Throughout the house, you have Wi-Fi, and all windows are equipped with fly screens. We are happy to provide towels & beach towels as well as bed linen. The private parking space right in front of the house makes loading and unloading easier for you upon arrival and departure, as well as when shopping.
The beach invites you for long walks, depending on the tide. In Costa Calma, there are also several tours available, from quad biking to beach buggy adventures. Plus, you'll find surfing schools here, of course!

Costa Calma is a small town on the east coast of Fuerteventura.
Casa Solea is located in a quiet area. Nearby, you will find a mini-market as well as a shopping center with dining options. Also within walking distance (< 1 Km), you can reach the city center with various shopping and retail opportunities, as well as restaurants & bars. The beach is also at this distance.
By plane from Germany to Fuerteventura, Puerto del Rosario. From there, take a bus, taxi, or rental car via the FV2 towards Morro Jable to Costa Calma.
- Take exit 68 Costa Calma East
- At the end of the exit, you will come to a small roundabout, take the second exit towards Costa Calma
- Continue to the next large roundabout, here take the 4th exit / Calla Puerto de la Cebada
- Follow the road until you reach a T-junction
- Turn left onto Calle de la Playa de la Jaqueta
- Follow the road for about 500 meters until you see the Solymar bungalow complex starting on the right side
- Take the last entrance on the right, up to bungalow 26B / Casa Solea.

Cancellation policy:
up to 90 days before the rental start date 30% of the rental price
up to 30 days before the rental start date 50% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the rental start date 75% of the rental price
from 13 days before the rental start date 100% of the rental price
The decisive factor for the amount of the cancellation fee is the day on which the written cancellation is received by the landlord. You are allowed to look for a replacement tenant. We as landlords reserve the right to accept your replacement tenant. Should we decide to accept your replacement tenant, your respective cancellation fee will only be paid out once the replacement tenant's money has been received in our account.
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance in any case, which also includes coverage for Covid-19.
