The province of Pesaro - Urbino, the northernmost of the Marche region, boasts a highly developed infrastructure that benefits its visitors, whether they're interested in sports or culture, hiking or beach-going.

Holiday destination
The garden is 4,000 m² and completely fenced in. Even though the Adriatic Sea is very close, you will surely enjoy our 4x8m pool! Children can play safely on the extensive lawn areas, while adults find seating with a wide panoramic view. Perfect for all ages!

Das mit Charme renovierte und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Landhaus bot mit seinen 4 Schlafzimmern, dem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und den 2 Bädern viel Platz. Dank der vollausgestatteten Außenküche haben wir tolle Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen können. Besonders hervorzuheben ist hierbei, dass alles sehr gemütlich und stilvoll mit vielen Wohnaccessoires eingerichtet ist (Kissen. Plaids etc...) So kannten wir dies aus unseren Urlauben in Italien noch nicht. Man fühlte sich gleich wie zu Hause. Auch die die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberinnen Frau Leisl und Simonetta sind besonders hervorzuheben. Danke nochmals für die bereitgestellten Fahrräder und das leckere Gebäck, sowie den Poolservice und das makellos saubere Haus inklusive Außengelände. Wir haben unseren Urlaub für 2025 schon gebucht und freuen uns.

Die Lage des Hauses, die Gestaltung des Gartens und die Einrichtung der Zimmer war für uns perfekt. Es fehlte uns an Nichts, ganz im Gegenteil. Simonetta und Frau Leissl haben uns liebevoll begrüßt mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Prosecco. Besser konnte der Urlaub nicht beginnen. Das abendliche Froschkonzert vom anliegenden Teich war nicht störend, sondern hatte eher eine beruhigende Wirkung. Rundherum ein fantastischer Urlaub. Vielen Dank.
