Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation up to the 60th day before arrival, we refund part of the money paid.
During the reservation, guests pay 40% of the price by bank transfer. The remaining 60% of the price is paid by the guests 45 days before arrival by bank transfer.
For unforeseen cancellations, travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
Before checkout, the homeowner must personally inspect the house. Once they have determined that everything is in order, they will return the €400 deposit to the guests, and then the checkout can be completed.

Wir waren eine Woche mit 3 Kindern (17,15 und 9) hier. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Alles war sehr sauber. Es war alles da, bis auf ein gutes Brotmesser.
Trotz der frischen Temperaturen im Mai waren wir jeden Tag im Pool. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön, sogar mit Außendusche.
Man müsste das Haus eigentlich nicht verlassen. Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und ruhig. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und haben uns mit kühlen Getränken empfangen. Bei Fragen konnte man sie problemlos erreichen.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Modern und schick eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und alles sehr sauber.
Die Gastgeber empfingen uns mit gekühlten Getränken für uns Erwachsene und die Kids.
Bei Rückfragen waren sie sofort da, aber ansonsten hatten wir unsere absolute Ruhe. Der Erholungsfaktor 10 Punkte
Die Stadt Labin, eine wunderhübsche kleine Stadt mit kleinen Gässchen und tollen Restaurants (Napoli, auf dem Markt hatte übelst leckere Burger )
Rabac, zum Baden und Schnorcheln bestens geeignet, kleine Geschäfte entlang der Promenade und super Restaurants und Bars.
Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kids/Teenagern und Langeweile gab es nicht.
