If the tenant cancels the rental agreement, the following amounts must be paid to the landlord: a) For cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price. b) For cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) up to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price. c) For cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) up to the day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price. d) For cancellation on the day of the rental period start or later: full rental price.

Holiday destination
In Julianadorp, you'll find a variety of shops, supermarkets, a fishmonger, cafes, restaurants, a tennis court, mini-golf, a swimming pool, a golf course, a sports school, and the beach pavilion.
In Den Helder, there are many attractions including the Rescue Museum, the Marine Museum, a children's play paradise, and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium.
Both Den Helder and the ferry to Texel are easily accessible from Julianadorp via hiking and biking trails through the dunes.
Getting there
From Alkmaar: Follow the N9 towards Den Helder until the Julianadorp exit (after Julianadorp-Zuid). Follow Schoolweg.
After the De Riepel shopping center (on the right), turn right at the intersection and then immediately left: follow Van Foreestweg towards the dunes. About 400 meters after the roundabout, you will see the De Keizerskroon complex on the left side of the road (small red bridge).

Das Haus ist toll renoviert , hat schöne Details und der Garten ist wunderbar angelegt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Vermisst haben wir nichts.
Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen.
An die Wärmepumpenheizung muss man sich gewöhnen.
