Large loft with good stairs where you can sit and read or enjoy a good cup of coffee on the cozy days. There are two bathrooms with shower and underfloor heating, one of which has a whirlpool for cozy moments. The heart room of the cottage consists of a large and open living room with good acoustics in connection with the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to meet and enjoy cooking, meals, games, a good movie or whatever the mood dictates. In the living room there is a wood burning stove. The room has several windows and two skylights, where the fascinating light flows in, and on hot days you can open up to the terrace. The house is equipped with Apple TV, Chromecast and a good internet with good streaming capabilities. In addition, the house is equipped with an air / water heat pump and solar cells, so small expenses can be expected. The annex of the house is heated and can accommodate two people and has a small kitchenette. Outside there is an additional toilet and shower in the shed. There are terraces around the house, where there is plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around or if you want to make a good pizza in a real pizza oven, then there is the opportunity. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. Not for rent to youth groups.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
