The cottage's big plus is the activity room with billiards and darts and the opportunity for many cozy hours. The cottage has a really good light from the south and west through the large windows in the living room. In addition, the house is equipped with geothermal heat, so small heating costs can be expected. The terraces around the house have plenty of shelter, shade and the opportunity to move with the sun around. On the lawn there is plenty of space for play and ball games. It's about. 500 m to public playground with 3 child-friendly, buried trampolines, large swings and cozy football field. Distance to the beach is approx. 500 m, which in addition to white sand and calm water, offers the most beautiful bathing beach with jetty in Bratten. In summer there are approx. 300 m to shopping and ice house by the beach. Not for rent to youth groups.

Der Kunde kann bis zum Beginn des Ferienhausaufenthaltes jederzeit durch Erklärung gegenüber DC von seinem Vertrag zurücktreten. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
