Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
