Welcome to the cottage with the most wonderful view from a private terrace and proximity to both Tjörn, Orust and Bohuslän's all sights. Experience the majestic Tjörn Bridge where magical sunsets are promised. Cozy cottage with combined kitchen and living room with two-seater sofa, TV with chromecast and exit to the lovely terrace at the back of the cottage. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a travel cot that fits at the foot of the bed and a high chair for the youngest traveler. Perfect for a couple or the smaller family. Complete kitchen equipment with a combined microwave / oven, induction hob with 2 plates and dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Here you can take walks, play club on the soft lawn, pick seasonal berries and mushrooms, fish, play golf and enjoy salty baths. The owner has a boathouse down by the water's edge that you are welcome to borrow free of charge. Booking is made directly with the owner on arrival. If you have bicycles, prams or kayaks with you, there is a really large cold storage. When booking youth groups, a deposit of 2000 SEK / person is charged. The nearest service point is Stora Höga 1 km. There is both a shop and some restaurants, but also good connections with both trains and Expressbuss to Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg, 41 km. Stenungsund with a large mall is only 7 km from the cottage. Here buy today's seafood. Welcome!

Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
