Die Villa verblasst in ihrem Glanz, wenn nicht dringend mit der Renovierung begonnen wird, und ist hinsichtlich der Küchenausstattung schrecklich schlecht ausgestattet.

Die gebuchte Unterkunft entspricht nicht der Buchung Es sind 4 Badezimmer und 4 Toiletten auf der Buchung. Es gibt nur 3 Badezimmer und 3 Toiletten. Die Villa ist schmutzig, vor allem von außen (Wände und Fenster). Der Tisch ist maximal 6 Personen. Ihr lokaler Vertreter (Mada Vacance) bestätigt, dass die gebuchte Belvilla-Unterkunft nicht existiert. Wir haben zu viel bezahlt. Wir verlangen daher Ersatz des erlittenen Schadens.
