Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Der Service von Belvilla ist hingegen schrecklich. Ich habe Belvilla ein Bettwäschepaket von 140 € bezahlt, musste es aber auch im Park bezahlen. Belvilla hätte mir dies daher nicht in Rechnung stellen dürfen. Ich warte seit dem 3. August 2024 auf eine Rückerstattung, werde aber nur am Telefon gehalten. Ich werde also nie wieder über Belvilla buchen!
