The Mediterranean flair of this exclusive villa in a quiet location will enchant you. The villa with over 300 m2 of living space can accommodate up to 6 people. All areas are generously designed for your comfort. The furnishings are appropriately decorated in warm natural tones. The arched doors and windows blend harmoniously with the style of Villa Victoria.
The stylish garden door leads you directly into the villa's inner courtyard, which invites you to linger with the shaded seating. There is also the entrance door through which you can access the main room of the villa. The living area is equipped with an expansive seating area and a 3D flatscreen TV. The deck fans and electric fireplace provide the desired climate. The open gourmet kitchen is well equipped with high-quality appliances made of stainless monogram steel and even offers a Nespresso machine, 2 ovens and a trash shredder for organic waste. A small kitchen bar with 2 high chairs ensures entertaining conversations while cooking.
From the living area you can go directly to the pool area, the master room, the study and the other 2 bedrooms.
The fantastic pool area with the elegant lanai with pillar-supported arches creates a holiday atmosphere. The heated pool is operated using skin-friendly salt water technology. A bench inside the pool invites you to relax in the cool water. The jacuzzi, which is harmoniously integrated into the architecture, will make you forget time. Three waterfalls and an outdoor shower complete the wellness experience. Of course, the entire pool area, across the entire width of the house, is surrounded by a screen, which offers protection against mosquitoes and pool contamination.
The spacious master suite is equipped with an electrically adjustable king-size bed and a flatscreen TV. The electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The practical dressing room with wardrobes has enough space for your holiday clothes and suitcases. There would also be enough space in the master suite for an additional baby bed. The luxurious master bathroom offers a large bathtub with integrated jacuzzi, a walk-in shower, two sinks and a dressing table. The pleasant shower toilet is located in an adjacent room.
The other two bedrooms are furnished with a king-size and a queen-size bed and each have a flatscreen TV and a spacious wardrobe. One bedroom offers a view of the garden, the other a view of the inner courtyard. The two bedrooms share the bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
A washing machine and a dryer are available so that you always have fresh clothes and towels.
Renting a boat is also highly recommended. Our own dock with boat lift is ready for you. We will be happy to advise you on finding the right boat.
