It's about a 15-minute walk to the town center. You are surrounded by mountains and a magnificent view of the Schmittenhöhe.
The Mitterberghof in Thumersbach treats you with the best view of Lake Zell and small, delicious dishes. The Enzianhütte is rustic with excellent cabin cuisine and freshly grilled knuckles on the open grill.
Holiday destination
Our cozy house is situated halfway between the center of Zell am See and the valley station of the Schmittenhöhe cable car. The bus stop to the town center, lake, and valley station is about 10 meters away.
You can ski almost right up to the house. Hiking trails are about 10 meters away. By bus, you can reach the upper gondolas or the city center in a maximum of 5 minutes.

Wir waren für 2 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette Vermieter mit problemloser Abwicklung. Auch für Bahnreisende geeignet, da die Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe war. Auch war unser kleiner Hund ein willkommener Gast.

Das Haus Grünwald ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung. Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter aber in tadelosem Zustand.
Sehr sauber und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Ausziehcouch hat auch genügend Platz. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit genügend Töpfen und Pfannen und viel Geschirr. Die Angaben zu Entfernungen vom Haus sind genau angegeben.
Der Gartenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum entspannen ein.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Abwicklung der Buchung hat super funktioniert.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen und sagen vielen Dank an Frau Grünwald.
