Cancellation policy
6. Cancellation
6.1. The landlord may be forced by special circumstances to cancel or dissolve the rental agreement. Cancellation and release must be in writing. In this case, the landlord will do his utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not successful to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord must refund all amounts paid by the tenant without any liability on the part of the landlord.
6.2.1. Cancellations and dissolutions must first be reported by telephone, after which you must confirm this in writing, including the rental agreement, by registered mail. This letter must be addressed to Walcheren Vakanties.
6.2.2. For cancellations within 24 hours after the reservation, the option right is in effect (see point 5).
6.2.3. For cancellations after 24 hours and up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.4. For cancellations between 3 months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.5. For cancellations between one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the rental sum will be charged.
6.2.6. For cancellations less than one week before the start of the rental period, 100% of the rental sum will be charged.
At any time, administrative costs will be charged for cancellations.
6.3. After receiving a cancellation from the tenant, the landlord will create a cancellation invoice, taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled in accordance with the content of the cancellation invoice, and any balances in favor of the tenant will be refunded.

Für 1-2 Personen wirklich klasse. Eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Klein aber mit Charme. Alles was man benötigtest ob der Unterkunft vorhanden. Auch die Anreise mit zwei kleinen Hunden war kein Problem.
Ein großer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand geht man gute 20 Minuten.
Für Parkplätze ist auch gesorgt. Ich konnte sogar noch einen Tag verlängern.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft wohnt neben an und kann bei fragen oder Problemen jederzeit angesprochen werden.
