Cancellation policy
Late Payment, Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Termination of Stay
If the tenant is in arrears with their payment, withdraws from the contract, or cancels (terminates) the contract before the rental period begins, without naming a subsequent tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro-rated rents (minus utility costs & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, accounting for saved expenses, in addition to a fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-renting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental begins: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the rental begins: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental begins: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the rental begins: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental begins) 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the statement is decisive.

Getting there

Tip für den Amsterdambesuch: P+R Zeeburg 1oder 2 benutzen; großer Parkplatz und in 20 Min. ist man mit der Metro in Amsterdam ( Tagespreis Parkplatz 2024 nur 6€, sofern man die Metro nutzt)
