Description

Holiday home continuously modernized, located on natural land approx. 200 m from the beach. The house has a living room with dining area and open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer and microwave. Both on the terrace and on the plot, it is possible to find shelter, as the plot is surrounded by trees. 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor and one on the ground floor. Bathroom with shower and guest toilet on the 1st floor. Covered terrace and balcony. Large plot with i.a. play tower, swing and sandpit. The house is also very child-friendly, as there are 2 high chairs, cot and pram on the balcony as well as stairwells to and from the 1st floor.

Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:

Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.

Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.

Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
